I have never seen anybody who has read this blog in its whole form.##What are the most common mistakes in presenting information? What advice do you have for avoiding these mistakes when crafting your content? #The most common mistake in presenting information is to neglect to use good transitions between ideas or thoughts. The reader might not know how the previous idea connects with the next one. I think this is because in our society, people are fascinated by technical things. Many news channels are very good at presenting information in a very technical way. I usually do not write about my political views, but when the time comes when I feel that I have something to say, I will definitely write about it. ##Do you have a favourite article that you have written? I don't know. I like some of the articles I wrote on Kashmir and Katoch. I like some of the Kashmir articles which state what the government and Kashmiris themselves wanted to prove - what Kashmiris thought about Kashmir, and how Kashmiris responded to different issues in their own ways instead of getting swayed by emotional rhetoric from Delhi . ##How would you define your journalism style? How do you think it has evolved over time? Do you feel that closer scrutiny by audiences is making this evolvement more nuanced, or less so? (e.g. more careful, less so) I am new to journalism, so I don't know how to call my style. I have not noticed any change in my style over time. There are many people who are very critical of me on social media. They tend to ask questions about every word, sentence and paragraph in the articles I write. I think it is very necessary for journalists to be open about their work for better understanding between the journalist and his audience. There is no need to be defensive when you explain your work; most criticism is fair criticism. ##How do you think the role of an editor has evolved over time with the advent of internet, mass media etc? While I have not been an editor, I have seen how journalists work. They are very careful about their work and do not put anything into print that they are not sure of. Recently, some news channels refused to produce or air news because it had some information wrongly reported or wrong information. ##Will journalism ever be able to attain the status of the humanities in general? Has this happened already? What are your thoughts on this future evolution? I don't think there is any question about journalism reaching the status of humanities in any sense. cfa1e77820
